The McGill University in Canada is currently accepting applications for the 2021/2022 McCall MacBain Scholarships for international students — including students from Africa — who wish to enroll in a degree program at the university in the next academic session.
The scholarship program is fully funded and was established with the aim of enabling academically outstanding students all over the world to pursue a funded professional or master’s degree with a comprehensive enrichment program.
About the McCall MacBain Scholarships
The McGill University McCall and MacBain scholarships are the first leader-drive scholarships in Canada to be established for students of professionals and master’s degrees. The scholarship is aimed at being an investment in students who are seeking to develop expertise in their chosen fields, have a track record of taking initiative, and seek to work together with others to study, understand, and address important challenges and problems.
The scholarship is created with a vision to create a global community of innovators, academics, entrepreneurs, creative leaders, and others with a lifelong commitment to partnering with others to effect real positive changes.
Aim and Benefits of the McGill University McCall MacBain Scholarships
The scholarship is open annually and is offered across Canada. 20 fully-funded scholarships are awarded every year alongside 60 other awards of $10,000 or $5,000.
Application for the 2021/2022 scholarships are open from June to September 2021.
